That arrest was yesterday morning after a car was finally stopped that had been traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of Highway 101 between Greenfield and King City. The driver, Armando Alfara Junior, was taken into custody after his vehicle crossed a spike strip, puncturing 2 of its tires, and then rammed into a patrol vehicle.
