Greenfield Double Homicide 08/24/10 0800 E.A.

A hearing on whether or not a Greenfield teenager should be tried in juvenile or adult court has been postponed once again. The 15-year-old suspect is accused of fatally shooting two people in a motel room in Greenfield in December. The delays in the hearing stem from delays in a “fitness report” from the Probation Department recommending the boy should be tried as an adult or a juvenile. The suspect's lawyers agreed to return to court September 8th to schedule a firm date for the fitness hearing.

Police are still seeking another person who may be involved with this incident. 18-year-old Francisco Alejandro is described as 6-feet-5-inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Greenfield Police Department.
