CA Supreme Court 12-29-20 08:40 S.S.

That’s because of yesterday’s California Supreme Court ruling on a 2014 ballot measure, that was approved by nearly two-thirds of California voters. Under California state law, violent offenses still include actions such as rape, sodomy, and continuous sexual abuse of a child....however, the definition leaves out such offenses as pimping, incest, indecent exposure, and possessing child pornography. Parole boards can still opt to not allow specific early releases.
