A Stanislaus County Superior Court judge is considering whether or not to grant Scott Peterson a new trial because of Juror Misconduct. In 2005, Peterson was sentenced to death for the murders of his 27 year-old wife, Laci, and their unborn son Conner….after he was convicted of killing his wife in their Modesto home, and then transporting her body to his fishing boat in the San Francisco Bay, where he dumped her body into the Bay. In August, the Californian Supreme Court overturned his Death Sentence, citing errors in jury selection. A Superior Court judge now will be deciding if Peterson will be granted a new trial, or if he will be sentenced to Life In Prison Without Parole.
