A Santa Cruz woman has been arrested for using a stolen license plate on a vehicle, and leading law enforcement officers on a chase. 41 year-old Rebecca Bush faces felony evading in a vehicle, possession of stolen property, fleeing on the wrong side of a divided highway, resisting arrest, identity theft, and conspiracy. She was booked into Monterey County Jail.
