- Ingress and egress for such venues must be controlled….and performers, artists and workers have to be separated from the general audience by 12
- Although venues can have 10-15 percent of their normal capacity (depending on their size)….if ever yone attending either has proof of vaccination or shows a negative test result the attendance can be bumped up to 35
