The counties of Monter ey and San Benito county have moved into the Orange Tier…..which is the first time since the pandemic began. That means that gyms and fitness centers can operate at 25 percent indoors, live outdoor events and performances can operate at 33 percent (for California residents), and movie theater s, indoor operations are allowed with capacity limited to 50% or 200 people, whichever is fewer….and bars where food is not served can now operate outdoors.
