The Co-founders of a Silicon Valley Bio-Tech company have been indicted on multiple Federal charges of conspiracy to commit securities fraud, conspsiracy to commit health care fraud and money laundering. The owners of now-bankrupt uBiome are said to have bilked both their investors and health insurance providers of tens of millions of dollars between 2015 and 2019.
