Power Outage 1.04.2021 0735 4 JS
Shortly after 7 AM, a power outage was reported by Pacific Gas and Electric affecting customers west of the San Lorenzo River in downtown Santa Cruz, UCSC, Davenport, and residents along Empire Grade as well as Smith Grade.
Over 5,000 customers are affected by this outage.
Pacific Gas and Electric anticipates restoration of electricity by 11:15 AM.
The cause of outage is currently being investigated.
