The name of the man, who was hit and killed December 15th in Watsonville has been released 42 year-old Elizondo Rodriguez was reportedly pushing a cart full of recyclables just before 1:30 that morning when he was hit while in the 1400 block of West Beach Street. The 22 year-old driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene, and immediately called 9-1-1.
