Monterey police are looking for a sexual predator. On Friday, at about 6:40 a-m, officers responded to a recreation trail near the the Sand Dunes related to a sexual battery. A women was jogging on the recreation trail when she was grabbed from behind. The unknown suspect groped the female. The victim fought off the suspect and he fled the scene toward Sand City. A witness chased after the suspect but was unable to stop him. The suspect was described as a White or Hispanic male. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Monterey police.
