There are new loans available for small business owners in Monterey county. They are being offered by the California Coastal Rural Development Corporation. That after Cal Coastal received nearly 2 million dollars in funding. To be eligible for one of these loans, the business must have been in operation for more than a year, and have a feasible plan on how to recover post the “Covid-19 disruption”. The owners of the businesses must be able to demonstrate Covid-19 related financial burden. Loans can range from 10-thousand to 400-thousand dollars.
