P.G. & E. Crews have reportedly already inspected more than 17,000 miles of powerlines; and hope to have the rest checked (and power restored) by noon tomorrow (Wednesday). At least 130 trouble tickets have been created, and more are expected before inspections are done. The weather “All Clear” was issued about 1:45 p.m. today.
