In business news… the unemployment picture for California is improving. Unemployment claims fell to the lowest levels since the corona virus pandemic first broke out.
California workers filed almost 160-thousand first time unemployment claims last week… that’s down over 17-thousand from the week before.
The Golden State recovered 38-percent of over 2-million jobs lost while the San Francisco bay area regained 33-percent of the over 600-thousand jobs lost due to the shutdown.
