The C-H -P is investigating a fatality accident that happened just after 8 this morning on northbound Highway 17.
According to early reports a car went down a cliff at Alma Bridge Road near Lexington reservoir. Both lanes of northbound 17 were blocked temporarily, then one lane was reopened but traffic was jammed up leading to the reservoir for most of the morning commute.
