Pajaro Valley Schools Hope to Reopen in Mid-Jan 10-21-20 15:45 DC

The Pajaro Valley Unified School District is working to prepare its 33 public school campuses to reopen and move to hybrid learning.

The district says students could split their time between remote learning and in-person instruction by as soon as the middle of January.

Recently, The Pajaro Valley district approved more than $600,000 in upgrades to heating, ventilation, air conditioning and window replacements from the $20 MILLION in Federal CARES Act money that it received.

The district is currently negotiating with the 1200-member Pajaro Federation of Teachers to meet additional COVID concerns.
