A Los Banos man is facing Vehicular Manslaughter charges in connection with a fatal accident that occurred Wednesday afternoon in Spreckels. 41 year-old Frank Albino Campos sustained critical injuries during the accident, however, his passenger died. Campos faces charges of Gross Vehicular Manslaughter While Intoxicated, Driving Under The Influence Of Drugs, being a Felon In Possession Of A Weapon and Possession Of A Short-Barreled Or Sawed Off Shotgun.
