A gruesome discovery on Mission Street in Santa Cruz leads police to believe that Cesar Hernandez of Watsonville may have murdered his wife yesterday.
A 24-year old woman was found dead in her car and investigators think her husband Cesar Hernandez killed her on Rodriguez street in Watsonville and then left her body on Mission Street. Her family reported her missing yesterday morning.
