A man, who was arrested on suspicion of Driving Under The Influence on Friday, may also face Animal Cruelty charges. That’s because while he was driving his dog (which was on a leash at the time) jumped out the window, and got dragged for half a mile on a rural Watsonville area road. The little Schnauzer is now recuperating at home.
