A well-known Santa Cruz surfer has been arrested for alleged sex crimes involving a minor. 39-year-old Lucas Klatt was arrested on charges including annoying or molesting a child, lewd acts with a child under the age of 15, stalking and burglary.
Investigators from the Santa Cruz Sheriff’s Office said they believe there may be more victims. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Sgt. Zach West at 831-454-7645.
Klatt was booked into the Santa Cruz County Jail on $100,000 bail.
