The man who is accused of ambushing several local law enforcement officers in Ben Lomond, and shooting and killing a federal officer in Oakland has been indicted by a federal jury. Former air force sergeant Steven Carillo faces federal charges of first degree murder and attempted murder in the Oakland shooting.
