A man was arrested early this morning in Scotts Valley. That after he allegedly entered the home of a woman who had a domestic violence restraining order against him. The man was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail on suspicion of felony burglary, violation of a domestic violence restraining order, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
