Salinas city officials say Lincoln Avenue is currently home to government buildings and street-level parking. The City envisions a transformation that includes a new City Hall/Civic Center, parking garage, and mixed-use development located two blocks from Main Street downtown.
Tomorrow (Thursday) Borelli Investment Group will present, answer questions, and gather feedback from the public on the Lincoln Avenue proposal. The 11:30 AM meeting will be held at Salinas City Hall, 200 Lincoln Avenue, in the West Wing Conference Room.
The City is also accepting written comments on the RFP until 5:00 PM on January 31, 2020.
