Dozens of road repair projects , that have been stalled in Santa Cruz county, may be able to start up again soon. That’s because the Federal Highway Administration is granting an extension on funding. More than 10 of those projects are considered “bid ready” right now, while another 30 are expected to be ready within the year….which means all the repairs on those roadways could be done within the next 12 to 18 months
