The Salinas Soccer Complex held a Grand Opening event on Saturday. The project, which has been underway for the past 10 years, now enters phase two. A spokesperson says the complex has already raised the 8 million dollars to used in the second phase which will crate an additional 10 soccer fields to the complex.
