The City of Santa Cruz will be discussing public access to Parks and Recreations facilities at its Tuesday council meeting. The meeting will specifically be addressing possible policy changes following the release of costs incurred administering homeless sanitation facilities, restriction of bathrooms at the Louden Nelson Center, and the clean up of the Ross encampment.
