About 760 P.G. and E. customers were without power for a time in the San Lorenzo Valley. The outage began at 5:13 p.m., when a tree fell down across Upper Glen Arbor Road at Riverside, pulling down power lines. P.G. and E. workers hope to restore power there by 10 p.m. tonight. The outage initially impacted residents in Lompico, Ben Lomond, and Brookdale.
About another 100 P.G. & E. customers were also without power in the area of the Pfeiffer Big Sur Campground. That outage began this morning and was due to be restored by 6:30 p.m. this evening.
