A federal judge has issued an order that has definitively blocked the trump administration from adding a citizenship question to the 2020 census in any form. New York Federal Judge Jesse Furman says the court will be paying close attention to this controversial issue, and expects to retain jurisdiction in this case (at least until the results of the 2020 census are processed, and sent to the president by December 31st of 2020).
