KION TV reports that dozens of inmate family and friends gathered today (Wednesday) outside of the Santa Cruz County Jail in support of inmates taking part in a hunger strike.
The families and friends claim many inmates are unfairly treated at the jail. Some of the issues being protested are overcrowding, bad meals and facility resources.
