A traffic stop in Watsonville resulted in two arrests for drug and weapons charges. On Saturday morning a patrol unit stopped a car on Main Street near Riverside Drive. A records check showed the driver, Marco Sanchez, had two narcotics warrants for his arrest. A search of the vehicle uncovered a handgun, a replica firearm, and a backpack with meth, heroin, and cocaine. Sanchez and passemger, Lizette Reynoso, were booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
