Some concerns have been expressed about a new campus policy that is in-place at all California State Universities. The policy requires that victims of sexual misconduct be questioned with their alleged attacker present. People at C.S.U. – Monterey Bay said that while the “interim” policy is said to provide for a fairer process for both sides, some say they would be way too intimidated to come forward (as a victim) because of it.
