California American Water customers get ready… your bill is about to go up.
Residents on the Monterey Peninsula will see a rate increase beginning may 11th. It’s called a “general rate increase” and funds the water company’s infastructure. There will also be a “step rate” increase and a hike for the Monterey pipeline and pump station.
But call am says keep conserving water… as there is also a one-dollar and 78-cent decrease on the bill.
