A Scottish fugitive who authorities believe attempted to fake his own death at a Carmel beach to avoid prosecution has been spotted. The Lompoc Police Department is reporting that Kim Gordon was spotted by a resident when he attempted to solicit work from her. Gordon was last seen driving a white Ford F-150 pick up truck. Anyone with any information on Gordon’s whereabouts should contact authorities.
