Hollister police officers have issued a warning about a phone scam. The scammers reportedly call people and tell them that there is an arrest warrant for them, and that they need to pay a fine. That’s when they tell the person they are trying to scam that that person needs to buy a gift card, wire cash, or buy google play cards.
