The name of a man, who was arrested after he lost control of his vehicle and it hit a parked car and 3 pedestrians on Saturday, has been released. 65 year-old Santa Cruz resident Tarmo Hannula was arrested for D-U-I. The injured people were 14, 47 and 49 years-old, and they suffered moderate injuries in the incident.
