Santa Cruz city council members will be deciding on a short-term pilot program for safe camping and transitional camping sites. The council will examine a list of potential sites for a shelter. Proposed areas include the Wharf Corporation Yard, the Depot Park parking lot, Jesse Street Marsh and San Lorenzo Park. The sites will be discussed at a City Council study session tonight (Tuesday) at 4:00 p.m.
