A Seaside man has been convicted of child molestation. 48 year old Andres Vargas Herrera pleaded guilty to four counts of forcibly sexually molesting a child under the age of 14. The victim was 10 to 12 years old at the time of the assaults. Herrera is facing up to 28 years in prison when he is sentenced.
