2 brothers are now scheduled to be back in a Monterey court room. 32 year-old Lenny Westley Sanks so the Defense can view evidence in the case, and 30 year-old Jerry Lee Sanks for his pre-trial conference. Although they have pleaded Not Guilty, the 2 men are accused of killing 23 year-old Kareem Jamal King on September 16th of 2016.
