A man was hospitalized after being stabbed last night in Salinas’ Chinatown, and another man was arrested. The 5:30 p.m. incident took place on the first block of Soledad Street. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries, and the alleged suspect was booked into Monterey County Jail.
