A Friday evening traffic stop on Highway 1 led to the arrest of three suspects on weapons charges. Shortly after 6 p-m a CHP patrol unit stopped a vehicle for speeding near Vista Point. The officer discovered an unregistered, concealed handgun. 19 year old Martin Cassidy, 18 year old Brent Stansfield and a 17 year old male were taken into custody on weapons violations.
