A report by KQED in San Francisco exposed two Watsonville police officers who were fired for sexual misconduct several years ago. The information was made public due to a new state law that took affect January first. Officer John Espinosa was fired for having sex on the job in 2017 while officer Jose Barrera was let go for the same reason in 2014.
