About 40 people are expected to be on-hand tomorrow when the finishing touches are put on a new playground in Seaside. The 2-year project is taking place at Del Monte Manor, which is a Housing And Urban Development housing site. The new playground is the first phase of a project with the goal of improving the “built environment” for the residents…. Including a new community center at Del Monte Manor, that can be used for special events and parties.
