One person is dead after a crash on Highway One in Marina. The accident occurred under the 8th street overpass near Imjin Parkway just before 5:30 PM Wednesday.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the victim’s car was engulfed in flames. Two other cars were also involved. The driver of a pickup truck was arrested for suspected DUI.
Highway 1 was closed for about 3 hours while the accident was being investigated.
