After just short of four years on the job, Santa Cruz fire chief Jim Frawley has announced he’s leaving the city o work at Facebook.
The 52-year-old Frawley’s last day with the city is scheduled for Jan. 3.
The Sentinel says Frawley’s pending departure represents at least the eighth city department leader’s turnover in the past four years.
