A fire at a Salinas townhouse displaced five residents yesterday (Mon) morning. Witnesses say that several of the residents were forced to jump out of the windows of the residence on the 9 hundred block 0f Acosta Plaza. Two pets perished in the fire. The cause to the blaze is under investigation.
