A Santa Cruz County judge has denied bail for an alleged murder. 22 year Milton Molina of San Jose was arrested on Tuesday and charged with the murder of 41 year old Bernardo Rodas, who’s body was recovered last weekend off Rodeo Gulch Drive. A 17-year-old from Capitola and a 15-year-old from Santa Cruz have also been charged. Molina is expected to enter a plea on November 2nd.
