A wrong way driver caused a head on collision on Highway 17 Sunday night. The CHP is reporting that 47 year old Jesus Lopez Moreno of Redwood City was allegedly under the influence of drugs when he drove the wrong way on the freeway near Scotts Valley before running into another vehicle. No major injuries were reported and Moreno was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
