The County of Santa Cruz wants to hear about your broadband experience. It is inviting residents to its second “Broadband Service Forum” 6-8 p.m., next Thursday, Sept 18th, at Aptos Junior High School, 1001 Huntington Drive.
Attendees will hear from broadband providers about existing and future services. Confirmed participants include AT&T, Comcast, Cruzio, Etheric Networks, Loma Broadband, Ridge Wireless, and Surfnet.
The forum will be presented by the county Office for Economic Development, which has surveyed residents to map broadband deficiencies, and hosted by county Supervisor Zach Friend.
