Two Aptos companies today announced plans to acquire the Seascape Golf Club, located on Clubhouse Drive in Aptos.
The partners are Robert Ridino and Mark Holcomb. Both men are well-known and bring a combined 75 years’ experience to the project. Ownership is expected to transfer to the partners from a San Diego company on or about November 1st. Financial terms were not released.
