The Washington Post reports that a Dallas man who died after an electric scooter accident earlier this month was killed by blunt force injuries to the head, county officials said Thursday. That report came a day after Gov. Jerry Brown signed a bill allowing adult scooter riders in California to forgo wearing a helmet.
